Resumo: This article aimed to discuss the most important points showed by the justice liberal theory, highlighting the theoretical John Rawls, contrasting with the propositions of the new researches that seek to extrapolate the distributive paradigm workers by liberalism. For this, the Axel Honneth’s recognition theory was used in to indicate the needing of being aware of essential justice issues that the distributive liberalism doesn’t include in its proposals.
