Moral Judgments in Mexico: Redefinition of Practices and Restructuring of the Justice System

Resumo: Since the reform in criminal matters publication in 2008, Mexico, a gradual, but significant, change is generated in the way of implementation and administration of justice institutions perform their duties. This change was the transition from the system to trail prosecution questioning-oral model. This transition involves not only a structural change in Mexico’s justice system, but subverts practice of the legal profession. The intent of this article is to peek at the process of change in judiciary’s practices.

Este cambio mostró la transición de un sistema de juzgamiento inqusitivo a un modelo acusatorio-oral.Esta transición no solo implica un cambio estructural en el sistema de justicia mexicano sino que trastoca las prácticas de los operadores jurídicos.
