Realizaram-se doze entrevistas em profundidade, empregando-se a técnica de análise de conteúdo para analisar os dados coletados. A partir dos resultados, concluiu-se que, apesar de compreenderem a desigualdade entre homens e mulheres no meio empresarial e estarem cientes da urgência de se implantarem novas práticas de gestão, os alunos entrevistados ainda não superaram os modelos mentais limitantes envolvendo a questão dos gêneros.Universidade LaSalle - Unilasalle Canoas2021-11-11info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://revistas.unilasalle.edu.br/index.php/Dialogo/article/view/678910.18316/dialogo.v0i47.6789Diálogo; n. 47 (2021); p. 1-142238-9024reponame:Revista Diálogoinstname:Universidade La Salle (UNILASALLE)instacron:UNILASALLEporhttps://revistas.unilasalle.edu.br/index.php/Dialogo/article/view/6789/pdfCopyright (c) 2021 Diálogoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessCeribeli, Harrison BachionSouza, Edilan Jhonatan OliveiraTorres, Thaís Pinto da Rocha2022-12-27T19:55:34Zoai:ojs.revistas.unilasalle.edu.br:article/6789Revistahttps://revistas.unilasalle.edu.br/index.php/DialogoONGhttps://revistas.unilasalle.edu.br/index.php/Dialogo/oairevistas@unilasalle.edu.br||dialogo@unilasalle.edu.br2238-90241519-3640opendoar:2022-12-27T19:55:34Revista Diálogo - Universidade La Salle (UNILASALLE)false
