O levantamento foi realizado através do portal BVS-Psi e BVS. Foram encontrados 931, destes, oito foram selecionados. Os estudos apontaram que os agentes penitenciários se encontram desmotivados, insatisfeitos profissionalmente, ansiosos, com desgaste emocional e alto nível de estresse. Em contrapartida, alguns estudos apontaram que estes trabalhadores se sentem seguros em relação a estabilidade de emprego e gratificação salarial.Universidade LaSalle - Unilasalle Canoas2018-08-24info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://revistas.unilasalle.edu.br/index.php/Dialogo/article/view/420210.18316/dialogo.v0i38.4202Diálogo; n. 38 (2018); p. 89-982238-9024reponame:Revista Diálogoinstname:Universidade La Salle (UNILASALLE)instacron:UNILASALLEporhttps://revistas.unilasalle.edu.br/index.php/Dialogo/article/view/4202/pdfCopyright (c) 2018 Diálogoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessMarques, Gabriela da SilvaGiongo, Carmem ReginaRuckert, Camila2023-01-04T19:40:45Zoai:ojs.revistas.unilasalle.edu.br:article/4202Revistahttps://revistas.unilasalle.edu.br/index.php/DialogoONGhttps://revistas.unilasalle.edu.br/index.php/Dialogo/oairevistas@unilasalle.edu.br||dialogo@unilasalle.edu.br2238-90241519-3640opendoar:2023-01-04T19:40:45Revista Diálogo - Universidade La Salle (UNILASALLE)false
