Resumo: This study presents an approach from the work of women and gender relations in family agriculture and aims to discuss some points related to the evolution of women's work, discrimination, preconception and domination suffered by them in social and of work. From all that is seen and approached, it is possible to affirm that the woman has long been conditioned and subjected to occupy secondary positions at home and in society. First by force, and then by more subtle means like the creation of laws and a whole macho and patriarchal culture. Although there have been significant advances in the conquest of political spaces of expression and recognition, in the possibility of access to education, in the capacity for professional performance of women, impasses related to domestic work are still crucial issues to be solved.

Universidade LaSalle - Unilasalle Canoas2019-04-11info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://revistas.unilasalle.edu.br/index.php/Dialogo/article/view/492610.18316/dialogo.v0i40.4926Diálogo; n. 40 (2019); p. 55-682238-9024reponame:Revista Diálogoinstname:Universidade La Salle (UNILASALLE)instacron:UNILASALLEporhttps://revistas.unilasalle.edu.br/index.php/Dialogo/article/view/4926/pdfCopyright (c) 2019 Diálogoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessDamke, Luana InêsCassol, Cristina AnitaGomes, Clandia Maffini2023-01-04T16:34:27Zoai:ojs.revistas.unilasalle.edu.br:article/4926Revistahttps://revistas.unilasalle.edu.br/index.php/DialogoONGhttps://revistas.unilasalle.edu.br/index.php/Dialogo/oairevistas@unilasalle.edu.br||dialogo@unilasalle.edu.br2238-90241519-3640opendoar:2023-01-04T16:34:27Revista Diálogo - Universidade La Salle (UNILASALLE)false
