Resumo: | When a jobless and recently literature graduated realizes that he and his monkey are the only males on Earth begins the narrative of Y: The Last Man by Brian K. Vaughan and Pia Guerra. This post-apocalyptic scenario where women are protagonists of all relationships serves as a starting point for analyzing the representation and gender relations present in comic books, a subject that has been gaining prominence nowadays. The graphic novel was used as a corpus to discuss the impossibility of a unique story for women and their identities as characters. For this, will be used the gender perspectives from Joan Scott and Judith Butler and the discussions about gender and race from bell hooks. |

Vaughan e Pia Guerra. Universidade LaSalle - Unilasalle Canoasdos Santos, Paloma Nascimento2017-08-30info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://revistas.unilasalle.edu.br/index.php/Dialogo/article/view/329710.18316/dialogo.v0i35.3297Diálogo; n. 35 (2017); p. 107-1192238-90241519-3640reponame:Revista Diálogoinstname:Universidade La Salle (UNILASALLE)instacron:UNILASALLEporhttps://revistas.unilasalle.edu.br/index.php/Dialogo/article/view/3297/pdfinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2017-12-18T16:22:47Zoai:ojs.revistas.unilasalle.edu.br:article/3297Revistahttps://revistas.unilasalle.edu.br/index.php/DialogoONGhttps://revistas.unilasalle.edu.br/index.php/Dialogo/oairevistas@unilasalle.edu.br||dialogo@unilasalle.edu.br2238-90241519-3640opendoar:2017-12-18T16:22:47Revista Diálogo - Universidade La Salle (UNILASALLE)false |
