EVALUATION OF ELECTRONIC JOURNAL MANAGEMENT: USING THE CONSTRUCTIVIST VISION

Resumo: The process of managing a scientific electronic journal involves many activities, some, such as: ensure quality processes, compliance with national and international standards for their presentation, content analysis, search for resources and partnerships, editorial decisions, among many others. In this context, this paper aims to build a model to help index the Iberoamerican Journal of Industrial Engineering (IJIE) in on the portal journals of the Coordination of Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) according to the perception decision-makers. A qualitative-quantitative approach was used, and the intervention instrument used was the MCDA-C. This process allowed the decision-makers understand the consequences of their actions and have a formal process for its management.

Neste contexto este trabalho, tem por objetivo construir um modelo para ajudar a indexar o Iberoamerican Journal of Industrial Engineering (IJIE) no portal de periódicos da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) segundo a percepção da decisora. Uma abordagem quali-quantitativa foi utilizada. O instrumento utilizado foi à metodologia MCDA-C.
