Resumo: | The reform in the procedural rule that took place between 2010 and 2015 promoted the negotiated solution as the main means of resolving disputes. This article seeks to understand the formation and consolidation of conciliation and mediation as a dejudicialization of conflict resolution in the context of the Commission of Jurists designated for the elaboration of the Draft of the New Code of Civil Procedure with the Senate. The analysis was carried out through the categorization of the members of the Commission of Jurists and the speeches given at the first meeting and in the caravans. It was noticed that the commission represented subcategories of the legal universe that lent political and symbolic capital to procedural reform. |

Este artículo busca comprender la formación y consolidación de la conciliación y la mediación como desjudicialización de la resolución de conflictos en el contexto de la Comisión de Juristas designada para redactar el Nuevo Código Procesal Civil ante el Senado. El análisis se llevó a cabo mediante la categorización de los miembros de la Comisión de Juristas, los discursos pronunciados en la reunión inaugural y durante las caravanas. Se constató que la comisión representaba categorías del espacio jurídico, que prestaban capital político y simbólico a la reforma procesal.A reforma do Código de Processo ocorrida entre 2010 e 2015 promoveu a solução negociada como principal meio para resolução dos litígios. O presente artigo busca compreender a formação e consolidação da conciliação e mediação como desjudicialização da resolução de conflito no contexto da Comissão de Juristas designada para a elaboração do Anteprojeto do Novo Código de Processo Civil junto ao Senado. A análise foi feita por meio da categorização dos membros da Comissão de Juristas, os discursos proferidos na reunião inaugural e nas caravanas.
