Resumo: From a primarily decolonial theoretical framework, this text aims to answer the problem: how is it possible to think of a cosmopolitanism beyond European perspectives? Therefore, we sought to respond to the problem through a dialectical approach based on the qualitative understanding of studies with a cosmopolitan matrix. As for the analysis of objectives, this was carried out in an exploratory way. Bibliographic and documentary tools were used as procedures. A new project will be offered, a new option: an intercultural cosmopolitanism.

Quanto à análise de objetivos, esta foi realizada de forma exploratória. Foram utilizadas como procedimentos as ferramentas bibliográfica e documental.
