Territories of the Rural Education: from the field in movement to the territorial learning

Resumo: This paper aims to analyse theoretically what conventionally configured itself as the territory(ies) of the rural education, aiming to enlarge the debate on this thematic when it considers that there is a conflict in the Brazilian countryside between the territory of peasantry and the agribusiness. Moreover, the rural education experiences reveal an educative territory as a practical dimension of territorial learning, the result of the participation of peoples and peasants movements. Although this paper is centered on the theoretical debate and the bibliographical revision, documentary research was conducted in electronic sites of the INCRA, IBGE and School Census/INEP, to correlate educational data and rural settlements in the municipality of Grajaú from the qualitative analysis and presentation of some results of field research in rural schools in Grajaú. We suggest that the closure of rural schools in Grajaú is hampered, as well as in the municipalities of southern Maranhão, where agribusiness advances, surpassing the precariousness of schools and territories. Consequently, it is also necessary to separate the education of political bonds, which put it as a currency exchange for allocating jobs from political support after municipal and/or state elections.

Además, las experiencias de la educación rural revelan un territorio educativo como una dimensión práctica de aprendizaje territorial, resultado de la participación de pueblos y movimientos campesinos. Si bien este trabajo se centra en el debate teórico y la revisión bibliográfica, se realizó una investigación documental en los sitios web del INCRA, IBGE y Censo Escolar/INEP, con el fin de correlacionar datos educativos y asentamientos rurales del municipio de Grajaú a la luz del análisis cualitativo y presentación de investigaciones de campo en escuelas de la ciudad en cuestión. Persiste la necesidad de frenar el cierre de escuelas rurales en Grajaú y, por extensión, en los municipios de la región Sur de Maranhão donde avanza el agronegocio, así como superar la precariedad de escuelas y territorios rurales. En consecuencia, también es necesario separar la educación de los vínculos políticos, que la colocan como moneda de cambio para la asignación de puestos de trabajo del apoyo político después de las elecciones municipales y/o estatales.Este artigo objetiva analisar teoricamente o que convencionalmente configurou-se como território(s) da educação do campo, intentando ampliar o debate sobre esta temática quando considera que há uma conflitualidade no campo brasileiro entre o território do campesinato e o do agronegócio. Além disso, as experiências de educação do campo revelam um território educativo como dimensão prática da aprendizagem territorial, fruto da participação dos povos e movimentos do campo. Embora este trabalho esteja centrado no debate teórico e na revisão bibliográfica, foi realizada a pesquisa documental em sítios eletrônicos do INCRA, IBGE e Censo Escolar/INEP, a fim de correlacionar dados educacionais e de assentamentos rurais do município de Grajaú à luz da análise qualitativa e apresentação de algumas incursões de pesquisa de campo nas escolas do município em tela. Persiste a necessidade de coibir o fechamento de escolas do campo em Grajaú e, por extensão, nos municípios do Sul do Maranhão nos quais avança o agronegócio, bem como a superação da precarização de escolas e territórios rurais.
