Resumo: This research discuss loto f conceptions of territory with objetive of articulate concepts that hele is in refletion of conflit fo mannagent of water use from communities fron sub-bacia of Riachão. The teoric discuss is structured accord three different and complementaries directions to know: 1) the territory saw as a fight form and power control; 2) the territory as a kind of entail and social practices; 3) the multiterritorialidade and conflits criatid for that. We had the intencion of discuss the perspective from state as territorier agent, then other perspectives of category inside of geographic science as territoryunder tood from social relacions what put limits in multiterritorialidade from sub-bacia of Riachão, that cause territory conflits (area, earth) and for naturals sources, as water. In this sense, was used a methodology based in bibliographyc research and camp researches, where we structured the formsof communitary mannagement for communities.

In this sense, was used a methodology based in bibliographyc research and camp researches, where we structured the formsof communitary mannagement for communities.Este trabalho discute as diversas concepções sobre território com o intuito de articular conceitos que nos ajude na reflexão sobre o conflito pelo uso e gestão da água pelas comunidades da sub-bacia do Riachão. A discussão teórica está estruturada segundo três vertentes distintas e complementares,a saber: 1) o território visto como forma de disputa e controle do poder; 2) o território enquanto estabelecimentos de vínculos e práticas sociais; 3) amultiterritorialidade e os conflitos por essa criados. Tivemos a intenção de discutir a perspectiva do Estado como agente territorializador, em seguidaoutras perspectivas da categoria dentro da ciência geográfica como o território entendido a partir das relações sociais o que delimitou a multiterritorialidade da sub-bacia do Riachão, que vem ocasionando conflitos pelo território (área, terra) e pelos recursos naturais, como água.
