Resumo: The development of civil construction led to a great competition from the construction companies in the economic scenario, thus, through a greater supply of products, customers began to care about factors that best meet their needs. In this way, investing in a quality management system, capable of optimizing processes as well as meeting the needs of consumers, has become a necessity. However, the implementation of a quality management system is judicious, lengthy and time-consuming. So, the objective of this work was to elaborate a roadmap for the implementation of a quality management system and for small and medium-sized constructors. For this, a descriptive and qualitative research was developed where the researcher made a survey of data of the object of study, to elaborate a simple and didactic script. The results showed that the company needed an action to improve quality, and that the way to be followed was from the administrative area, being the most critical analyzed. The proposed roadmap was subdivided into 9 stages aiming at the SiAC-PBQP-H level "B" certification.

O roteiro proposto foi subdividido em 9 etapas visando a certificação SiAC-PBQP-H nível “B”.Editora Uningá2017-10-20info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://revista.uninga.br/uningareviews/article/view/132Uningá Review ; Vol. 32 No. 1 (2017): UNINGA REVIEW JOURNAL; 195 - 214Uningá Review Journal; v. 32 n. 1 (2017): REVISTA UNINGÁ REVIEW; 195 - 2142178-2571reponame:UNINGÁ Reviewinstname:Centro Universitário Uningáinstacron:UNINGAporhttps://revista.uninga.br/uningareviews/article/view/132/440Copyright (c) 2017 REVISTA UNINGÁ REVIEWinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessVALE, FELIPE QUEIROZ DOGIANDON, ANDRÉ CARNEIRO2019-10-09T21:07:10Zoai:ojs.revista.uninga.br:article/132Revistahttps://revista.uninga.br/uningareviews/indexPUBhttps://revista.uninga.br/uningareviews/oairevistauningareview@uninga.edu.br || sec.revistas@uninga.edu.br2178-25712178-2571opendoar:2019-10-09T21:07:10UNINGÁ Review - Centro Universitário Uningáfalse
