Resumo: Through this study, we begin by presenting a preliminary note on the acquisition of a third party`s good as your own in Portugal. Then, we critically analyze and refute the thesis according to which this sort of acquisition is valid, although resolvable, as well as the other thesis by which this institute is only partially null. We conclude by stating that the acquisition of a third party`s good, despite being subject to an atypical regime, is totally null.

De seguida, analisamos criticamente e refutamos a tese segundo a qual a venda de bens alheios é válida, embora resolúvel, bem como a tese segundo a qual a venda de coisa alheia como própria é, apenas, parcialmente nula.
