Resumo: | The current problems of urban mobility are related to the precariousness of collective transportation services and the prioritization of the use of individual motorized transport to the detriment of the collective. The objective of this study was to analyze, in the perceptions of the users of alternative transportation that make the route Campina Grande / Alagoa Nova, what factors determine their choice for this type of transportation. The methodology used was characterized as a kind of applied work, as aimed to generate knowledge for practical application, directed to the solution of specific problems involving truths and local interests. The results of the investigation revealed three issues that can be considered as determining factors in the users' perception of the choice of alternative transportation that makes the Campina Grande / Alagoa Nova - PB route. The ease of movement in a timely manner indicator related to the speed and carrying capacity; the welfare condition related to safety indicators; price and air conditioning; and the hygiene condition associated with the comfort and cleaning indicators. |

El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar, en las percepciones de los usuarios de transporte alternativo que realizan la ruta Campina Grande-Alagoa Nova, cuáles son los factores que determinan su elección para este tipo de transporte. La metodología utilizada se caracterizó como un trabajo aplicado, con el objetivo de generar conocimientos para su aplicación práctica, dirigida a la solución de los problemas específicos, considerando verdades e intereses locales. Los resultados de la investigación destacaron tres temas que pueden ser considerados como factores determinantes en la percepción de los usuarios, para la elección de un transporte alternativo que realiza la ruta Campina Grande / Alagoa Nova -PB. La facilidad de desplazamiento en tiempo hábil relacionada a los indicadores de rapidez y capacidad de carga, el estado de bienestar relacionado con los indicadores de seguridad, el precio y aire acondicionado y las condiciones de higiene asociado con los indicadores de confort y limpieza.Os problemas atuais de mobilidade urbana estão relacionados com a precariedade dos serviços de transporte coletivo e a priorização do uso de transportes individuais motorizados em detrimento do coletivo. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar, nas percepções dos usuários de transporte alternativo que fazem a rota Campina Grande- Alagoa Nova, quais os fatores que determinam a sua escolha por esse tipo de transporte. A metodologia utilizada caracterizou-se como um trabalho de natureza aplicada, já que objetivou gerar conhecimentos para aplicação prática, dirigidos à solução de problemas específicos, envolvendo verdades e interesses locais. Os resultados da investigação evidenciaram três questões que podem ser consideradas como fatores determinantes, na percepção dos usuários, da escolha pelo transporte alternativo que faz a rota Campina Grande/Alagoa Nova –PB.
