Resumo: | The relations between universities and companies are enable better dissemination and transfer ofnew knowledge and technology, and promote job creation and increased income. To place aknowledge transfer of technology between universities and companies, there should be a series ofcompatibility between the two institutions. Ones they must have a minimum maturity in managing aproject of this nature because it seeks to minimize risk and meet deadlines. The study aimed toanalyze factors that influence the maturity of project management for technology transfer within theuniversity-enterprise cooperation. For this model was applied to sector project managementmaturity of Prado-MMGP, adapted to transfer projects. It consists of descriptive research andexploratory, which made the use of case studies. The case studies involving projects of technologytransfer made between national pharmaceutical companies and Brazilian universities and the resultsshowed that the lack of investment in internal training, not the alignment of projects to transfer thecompany's business and delay awareness of the importance of managing a design can affect theevolution of the maturity level of project management firms and as a result it may damage theinnovative capacity and competitiveness. |

Para ocorrer uma transferência de conhecimento de tecnologia entre universidade e empresa, deve haver uma série de compatibilidades entre as duas instituições. Antes, eles devem ter um mínimo de maturidade em gerenciamento de um projeto dessa natureza, pois se busca minimizar riscos e cumprir prazos. O estudo objetivou analisar fatores que influenciam a maturidade do gerenciamento de projetos de transferência de tecnologia no âmbito da cooperação universidade-empresa. Para isso, foi aplicado o modelo setorial de maturidade de gestão de projetos de Prado - MMGP, adaptado a projetos de transferência. Consiste em pesquisa de natureza descritiva-exploratória, que fez o uso de estudos de casos.
