Resumo: The use of collaboration tools for managing knowledge bases, allows organizations to store and disseminate the knowledge generated in projects effectively, combining modern information technology solutions to the concepts of knowledge management and project management, benefiting the maintenance and use of organizational memory through the use of specified models and thus enabling the achievement of competitive advantages. Thus, this paper aims to present a model for building a knowledge base, lessons learned in project management based on PMBOK (A Guide to Knowledge in Project Management), supported by collaborative tools and fundamentals of management knowledge.
