Resumo: This study focuses on the first wave of the evolution of project management, focusing on efficiency and worrying about the results. Its main objective is to investigate how project planning techniques can influence the performance of the teams. The literature search strategies and action research were used. The issues raised from management reports, is that often, teams do not meet the amount of hours of work required for a particular project. It was concluded that it is possible to increase the productivity of a team project with the implementation of basic techniques of project management in the planning phase.   DOI: 10.5585 / gep.v4i1.138

Seu principal objetivo é investigar como técnicas de planejamento de projetos podem influenciar o desempenho das equipes. Foram utilizadas as estratégias de pesquisa bibliográfica e pesquisa-ação. A problemática levantada, a partir de relatórios gerenciais, é que muitas vezes, as equipes não cumprem a quantidade de horas de trabalho prevista para determinado projeto.
