Literatura infantil afro-brasileira e o PNLD literário 2018: 1º ao 3º ano do ensino fundamental e a perspectiva decolonial

Resumo: This is a research on Afro-Brazilian children's literature from the PNLD literary collection from 2018, from the 1st to 3rd year of Elementary School and analysis of the potential of these works for a decolonial formation based on three of the selected works: Rapunzel e o Quibungo (2012), Meu crespo é de rainha (2018) e Os tesouros de Monifa (2009). To achieve this, the main objective was to analyze decolonial representations in AfroBrazilian children's literature, together with the analysis of compliance with Law 10,639/2003, which made it mandatory to include Afro-Brazilian and African culture and history in the school curriculum and ethnic-racial.discussions. First was a survey and analysis was carried out of the number of works with ethnic-racial, Afro-Brazilian and African themes in the 2018 PNLD collection, intended for 1st, 2nd and 3rd years of basic education, based on reading the synopsis of the works. Reflections were also made on the history of Afro-Brazilian children's literature. This discussion is based on Bernd (1988), Duarte (2008) and Fonseca (2006) on black and Afro-Brazilian literature. The reflections of Debus (2017) and Munanga (2003) are voices of equal importance for the dialogue on the formation of Afro-Brazilian children's literature. With regard to reflections on the 2018 PNLD Literary data collection, the information available in the PNLD collection, in the FNDE and the contributions of Adichie (2019), Ribeiro (2019) guide the reflections. It is also contextualized Afro-Brazilian and Afro-Latin American decolonial perspective. It includes reflections based on Gonzaga (2021), with regard to the historical process from a decolonial point of view in Latin America, in addition to the concepts created by the Modernity/Coloniality group, especially the concepts of Quijano (2005) and MaldonadoTorres (2020), Neto (2016) and other researchers who discuss the issue. Finally, it was analyzed the representations of characters, themes and situations were analyzed in the three works from the selected literary corpus Rapunzel e o Quibungo (2012), Meu crespo é de rainha (2018) e Os tesouros de Monifa (2009), supported by theoretical considerations about the history of Afro-Brazilian literature and the decolonial perspective. Some of the considerations point to the fact that only 5% of the literary works in the 2018 PNLD Literary, from the 1st to 3rd year collection, cover ethnic-racial, African or Afro-Brazilian culture themes and it was considered that the three analyzed works, may be contributing to a decolonial formation. Each one in its own way and in a more consistent way, the last two, as they were written by black authors and because they do not reproduce the imagery and Euro-centric standards in the representation of the characters, themes, situations involving Afro-Brazilian culture and history, they act from the perspective decolonial.

Para ello, el objetivo principal fue analizar las representaciones descoloniales en la literatura infantil afrobrasileña, junto con el análisis del cumplimiento de la Ley 10.639/2003, que obligó a incluir en el currículo escolar la cultura e historia afrobrasileña y africana. -discusiones raciales. En primer lugar se realizó un levantamiento y análisis del número de obras con temática étnico-racial, afrobrasileña y africana de la colección PNLD 2018, destinada a 1°, 2° y 3° año de educación básica, a partir de la lectura de la sinopsis de las obras. También se hicieron reflexiones sobre la historia de la literatura infantil afrobrasileña. Esta discusión se basa en Bernd (1988), Duarte (2008) y Fonseca (2006) sobre la literatura negra y afrobrasileña. Las reflexiones de Debus (2017) y Munanga (2003) son voces de igual importancia para el diálogo sobre la formación de la literatura infantil afrobrasileña. En cuanto a las reflexiones sobre la recopilación de datos literarios del PNLD 2018, la información disponible en la recopilación del PNLD, en el FNDE y los aportes de Adichie (2019), Ribeiro (2019) orientan las reflexiones. También está contextualizado la perspectiva decolonial afrobrasileña y afrolatinoamericana y se titula “La perspectiva decolonial en América Latina y la literatura”. Incluye reflexiones basadas en Gonzaga (2021), respecto del proceso histórico desde una mirada decolonial en América Latina, además de los conceptos creados por el grupo Modernidad/Colonialidad, especialmente los conceptos de Quijano (2005) y Maldonado- Torres (2020), Neto (2016) y otros investigadores que discuten el tema. Finalmente se analizó las representaciones de personajes, temas y situaciones en las tres obras del corpus literario selecionado: Rapunzel e o Quibungo (2012), Meu crespo é de rainha (2018) e Os tesouros de Monifa (2009). apoyado en consideraciones teóricas sobre la historia de la literatura afrobrasileña y la perspectiva decolonial. Algunas de las consideraciones apuntan a que sólo el 5% de las obras literarias del PNLD Literario 2018, de 1º a 3º año, cubren temas de cultura étnicoracial, africana o afrobrasileña y se consideró que las tres analizadas obras, puede estar contribuyendo a una formación descolonial. Cada uno a su manera y de manera más consistente, los dos últimos, por ser escritos por autores negros y porque no reproducen el imaginario y los estándares eurocéntricos en la representación de los personajes, temas, situaciones que involucran a los afroamericanos. La cultura y la historia brasileñas actúa desde la perspectiva decolonial.Esta é uma pesquisa sobre a literatura infantil afro-brasileira do acervo literário do PNLD de 2018, do 1º ao 3º ano do Ensino Fundamental e análise do potencial dessas obras para uma formação decolonial a partir de três das obras selecionadas: Rapunzel e o Quibungo (2012), Meu crespo é de rainha (2018) e Os tesouros de Monifa (2009). Para isso, o objetivo principal consistiu em analisar representações decoloniais na literatura afrobrasileira infantil, conjuntamente com a análise do cumprimento da Lei 10.639/2003, a qual tornou obrigatória a inserção no currículo escolar da cultura e história afro-brasileira, africana e as discussões étnico-raciais. Primeiro foi realizado um levantamento e análise da quantidade de obras de temática étnico-racial, afro-brasileira e africana na composição do acervo do PNLD de 2018, destinadas para 1º, 2º e 3º anos do ensino fundamental, a partir da leitura da sinopse das obras. Também foram realizadas reflexões sobre o histórico da literatura infantil afro-brasileira. Essa discussão se embasa em Bernd (1988), Duarte (2008) e Fonseca (2006) acerca da literatura negra e afro-brasileira. As reflexões de Debus (2017) e Munanga (2003) são vozes de igual importância para o diálogo sobre a formação da literatura infantil afro-brasileira. No que se refere às reflexões sobre o levantamento de dados do PNLD Literário de 2018, as informações disponíveis no acervo do PNLD, no FNDE e as contribuições de Adichie (2019), Ribeiro (2019) norteiam as reflexões. Contextualiza-se também acerca da perspectiva decolonial afro-brasileira e afro-latinoamericana. Contempla reflexões com base em Gonzaga (2021), no que se refere ao processo histórico do ponto de vista decolonial na América Latina, além dos conceitos criados pelo grupo Modernidade/Colonialidade, sobretudo, os conceitos de Quijano (2005) e Maldonado-Torres (2020), Neto (2016) e outros pesquisadores que dialogam com a questão. Analisou-se por fim as representações de personagens, temáticas e situações nas três obras do corpus literário selecionado Rapunzel e o Quibungo (2012), Meu crespo é de rainha (2018) e Os tesouros de Monifa (2009), tendo como suporte as considerações teóricas sobre o histórico da literatura afro-brasileira e a perspectiva decolonial. Algumas das considerações apontam para o dado de que apenas 5% das obras literárias do PNLD Literário de 2018, do acervo do 1º ao 3º ano, contemplam a temática étnico-racial, da cultura africana ou afro-brasileira e considerou-se que as três obras analisadas, podem estar contribuindo para uma formação decolonial. description This is a research on Afro-Brazilian children's literature from the PNLD literary collection from 2018, from the 1st to 3rd year of Elementary School and analysis of the potential of these works for a decolonial formation based on three of the selected works: Rapunzel e o Quibungo (2012), Meu crespo é de rainha (2018) e Os tesouros de Monifa (2009). To achieve this, the main objective was to analyze decolonial representations in AfroBrazilian children's literature, together with the analysis of compliance with Law 10,639/2003, which made it mandatory to include Afro-Brazilian and African culture and history in the school curriculum and ethnic-racial.discussions. First was a survey and analysis was carried out of the number of works with ethnic-racial, Afro-Brazilian and African themes in the 2018 PNLD collection, intended for 1st, 2nd and 3rd years of basic education, based on reading the synopsis of the works. Reflections were also made on the history of Afro-Brazilian children's literature. This discussion is based on Bernd (1988), Duarte (2008) and Fonseca (2006) on black and Afro-Brazilian literature. The reflections of Debus (2017) and Munanga (2003) are voices of equal importance for the dialogue on the formation of Afro-Brazilian children's literature. With regard to reflections on the 2018 PNLD Literary data collection, the information available in the PNLD collection, in the FNDE and the contributions of Adichie (2019), Ribeiro (2019) guide the reflections. It is also contextualized Afro-Brazilian and Afro-Latin American decolonial perspective. It includes reflections based on Gonzaga (2021), with regard to the historical process from a decolonial point of view in Latin America, in addition to the concepts created by the Modernity/Coloniality group, especially the concepts of Quijano (2005) and MaldonadoTorres (2020), Neto (2016) and other researchers who discuss the issue. Finally, it was analyzed the representations of characters, themes and situations were analyzed in the three works from the selected literary corpus Rapunzel e o Quibungo (2012), Meu crespo é de rainha (2018) e Os tesouros de Monifa (2009), supported by theoretical considerations about the history of Afro-Brazilian literature and the decolonial perspective. Some of the considerations point to the fact that only 5% of the literary works in the 2018 PNLD Literary, from the 1st to 3rd year collection, cover ethnic-racial, African or Afro-Brazilian culture themes and it was considered that the three analyzed works, may be contributing to a decolonial formation. Each one in its own way and in a more consistent way, the last two, as they were written by black authors and because they do not reproduce the imagery and Euro-centric standards in the representation of the characters, themes, situations involving Afro-Brazilian culture and history, they act from the perspective decolonial.
