This work argues the foundation process and organization of the Union of the Agricultural Workers of Is Miguel of the Iguaçu/PR. The main objective is to understand which the conceptions that to guide the performance of diverse groups since a foundation of that organization. For the constitution of this inquiry one prioritized express positions in the narratives of workers and members of other institutions, as the Church Catholic, operating in this process, constituting diverse memories before this lived. In this process, and during a decade of 1980, the work searched to establish the syndical disputes, for different projects, that if placed in the center of the debate, from which a syndical opposition arrives at the leadership of the movement, at a moment of participation of the without-land, and proposals of agrarian reform, constructed for workers in the union, as well as claims for better medical atendimentos, agricultural politics, working laws and better conditions of work.
