Resumo: This Master's Thesis work is located in the Post-graduate Program in Education - Master's Degree, Campus Francisco Beltrão/PR, of the Western Paraná State University (UNIOESTE), area of concentration in Education, Line of Research: Culture, Educational Processes and Teacher Formation and is entitled “Music in Public School in/from the field from Laws 11.769 and 13.278: a look at schools in the Southwest region of Paraná and its territories – 2012 to 2021”. The main problemwas music as content of the Art subject in public schools in/from the field of the Southwest region of Paraná and its territories, considering Laws 11.769/2008 and 13.278/2016. This research is justified by the existence of legislation that addresses this specificity, however, there is a gap between this legislation and the effective implementation of music in Public Schools in/from the Field; in addition, it contributes to studies that articulate Music and Field Education. It was developed with the participation of five schools belonging to the Regional Education Centers (NRE) of the municipalities of Dois Vizinhos, Francisco Beltrão and Pato Branco in the state of Paraná, in addition to the respective Municipal Departments of Education and Culture. The main objective of this study was to understand the context of the insertion of music as content of the Art discipline in public schools in/from the Field of the Southwest region of Paraná, considering Laws 11.769/2008 and 13.278/2016 and how it manifests itself in their territories. The research methodology used a qualitative approach, using a bibliographic review on the relations of the historical references of Field Education with Music and interviews and questionnaires with students, art teachers, school principals and those responsible for the Municipal Departments of Education and Culture. The analyzes allowed to verify contradictions and voids that involve music in these schools as content of the discipline Art and the challenges faced by management bodies, schools and teachers for the effectiveness of this curricular content. Aspects related to the place that music occupies in the lives of students and their communities were also addressed. The study identified that the absence of music in this context is due to obstacles that go through the formation of teachers responsible for a plural curricular component such as Art; their temporary work condition that does not allow them to establish a bond and sense of belonging to the school and the territory, among others. Thus, considering that these territories are occupied by a population that has considerable identity and cultural richness based on musical expressions, in addition to seeking ways to make them effective in these schools, there is a need to continue studies and investigations on this subject.

El principal problema fue la música como contenido de la asignatura de Arte en las escuelas públicas en/del campo de la región Suroeste de Paraná y sus territorios, considerando las Leyes 11.769/2008 y 13.278/2016. Esta investigación se justifica por la existencia de legislación que aborda esta especificidad, sin embargo, existe una brecha entre esta legislación y la implementación efectiva de la música en las Escuelas Públicas en/del Campo; además, contribuye a estudios que articulan la Música y la Educación del Campo. Se desarrolló con la participación de cinco escuelas pertenecientes a los Centros Regionales de Educación (NRE) de los municipios de Dois Vizinhos, Francisco Beltrão y Pato Branco en el estado de Paraná, además de los respectivos Departamentos Municipales de Educación y Cultura. El objetivo principal de este estudio fue comprender el contexto de la inserción de la música como contenido de la disciplina Arte en las escuelas públicas en/del campo de la región suroeste de Paraná, considerando las Leyes 11.769/2008 y 13.278/2016 y cómo se manifiesta en sus territorios. La metodología de investigación utilizó un enfoque cualitativo, utilizando una revisión bibliográfica sobre las relaciones de las referencias históricas de la Educación del Campo con la Música y entrevistas y cuestionarios con estudiantes, profesores de arte, directores de escuelas y responsables de los Departamentos Municipales de Educación y Cultura. Las análisis permitieron constatar contradicciones y vacíos que involucran la música en estas escuelas como contenido de la disciplina Arte y los desafios que enfrentan las autoridades, escuelas y docentes para la efectividad de este contenido curricular. También se abordaron aspectos relacionados con el lugar que ocupa la música en la vida de los estudiantes y sus comunidades. El estudio identificó que la ausencia de música en este contexto se debe a obstáculos que atraviesan la formación de docentes responsables de un componente curricular plural como el Arte; su condición laboral temporal que no les permite establecer un vínculo y sentido de pertenencia a la escuela y al territorio, entre otros. Así, considerando que estos territorios están ocupados por una población que posee una considerable identidad y riqueza cultural basada en expresiones musicales, además de buscar formas de hacerlas efectivas en estas escuelas, es necesario continuar con los estudios e investigaciones sobre este tema.Este trabalho de Dissertação de Mestrado situa-se no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação - Mestrado, Campus Francisco Beltrão/PR, da Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná (UNIOESTE), área de concentração em Educação, Linha de Pesquisa: Cultura, Processos Educativos e Formação de Professores e intitula se “A Música na Escola Pública no/do Campo a partir das Leis 11.769 e 13.278: um olhar sobre escolas da região Sudoeste do Paraná e seus territórios – 2012 a 2021”. Teve como problema principal a música enquanto conteúdo da disciplina Arte nas escolas públicas no/do campo da região Sudoeste do Paraná e nos seus territórios, considerando as Leis 11.769/2008 e 13.278/2016. Esta pesquisa se justifica pela existência de uma legislação que trata desta especificidade, contudo, há um distanciamento entre essa legislação e a efetiva implementação da música nas Escola Pública no/do Campo; além disso, por contribuir com estudos que articulem Música e Educação do Campo. Desenvolveu-se com a participação de cinco escolas pertencentes aos Núcleos Regionais de Educação (NRE) dos municípios de Dois Vizinhos, Francisco Beltrão e Pato Branco no estado do Paraná, além das respectivas Secretarias Municipais de Educação e de Cultura. O objetivo principal deste estudo foi compreender o quadro da inserção da música enquanto conteúdo da disciplina Arte em escolas públicas no/do campo da região Sudoeste do Paraná, considerando as Leis 11.769/2008 e 13.278/2016 e como se manifesta nos seus territórios. A metodologia da pesquisa contou com uma abordagem qualitativa, utilizando-se de uma revisão bibliográfica sobre as relações das referências históricas da Educação do Campo com a Música e de entrevistas e questionários com estudantes, professores de arte, diretores das escolas e responsáveis pelas Secretarias Municipais de Educação e de Cultura. As análises permitiram constatar contradições e vazios que envolvem a música nestas escolas enquanto conteúdo da disciplina Arte e os desafios de órgãos gestores, escolas e professores para a efetivação deste conteúdo curricular. Abordaram-se, também, aspectos atinentes ao lugar que a música ocupa na vida dos estudantes e suas comunidades. O estudo identificou que a ausência da música, neste âmbito, deve-se a entraves que passam pela formação dos professores responsáveis por um componente curricular plural como é o caso da Arte; a sua condição de trabalho temporária que não permite estabelecer vínculo e senso de pertencimento com a escola e o território, entre outros. description This Master's Thesis work is located in the Post-graduate Program in Education - Master's Degree, Campus Francisco Beltrão/PR, of the Western Paraná State University (UNIOESTE), area of concentration in Education, Line of Research: Culture, Educational Processes and Teacher Formation and is entitled “Music in Public School in/from the field from Laws 11.769 and 13.278: a look at schools in the Southwest region of Paraná and its territories – 2012 to 2021”. The main problemwas music as content of the Art subject in public schools in/from the field of the Southwest region of Paraná and its territories, considering Laws 11.769/2008 and 13.278/2016. This research is justified by the existence of legislation that addresses this specificity, however, there is a gap between this legislation and the effective implementation of music in Public Schools in/from the Field; in addition, it contributes to studies that articulate Music and Field Education. It was developed with the participation of five schools belonging to the Regional Education Centers (NRE) of the municipalities of Dois Vizinhos, Francisco Beltrão and Pato Branco in the state of Paraná, in addition to the respective Municipal Departments of Education and Culture. The main objective of this study was to understand the context of the insertion of music as content of the Art discipline in public schools in/from the Field of the Southwest region of Paraná, considering Laws 11.769/2008 and 13.278/2016 and how it manifests itself in their territories. The research methodology used a qualitative approach, using a bibliographic review on the relations of the historical references of Field Education with Music and interviews and questionnaires with students, art teachers, school principals and those responsible for the Municipal Departments of Education and Culture. The analyzes allowed to verify contradictions and voids that involve music in these schools as content of the discipline Art and the challenges faced by management bodies, schools and teachers for the effectiveness of this curricular content. Aspects related to the place that music occupies in the lives of students and their communities were also addressed. The study identified that the absence of music in this context is due to obstacles that go through the formation of teachers responsible for a plural curricular component such as Art; their temporary work condition that does not allow them to establish a bond and sense of belonging to the school and the territory, among others. Thus, considering that these territories are occupied by a population that has considerable identity and cultural richness based on musical expressions, in addition to seeking ways to make them effective in these schools, there is a need to continue studies and investigations on this subject.
