The theory of self-movement in theses and dissertations in the period 2009 - 2019

Resumo: BACKGROUND: Studies on the theory of self-movement have expanded in Brazil. This work presents a state of knowledge carried out through a survey of dissertations and theses on what it has been related to that theory in the period from 2009 to 2019.OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to point out considerations attributed to the theory of self-movement as a knowledge of human movement in the context of physical education.METHODS: A search was carried out in the electronic database of Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD), using the descriptor “se-movimentar”. With the purpose of making a temporal cut to delimit the number of studies, which would be analyzed, it was decided to adopt works completed between January 2009 and August 2019, when the research was carried out.RESULTS: The results have shown an asymmetry between the analyzed abstracts, since they do not provide relevant data for the reader to understand the relationship between the analyzed work and the theory of self-movement. In that way, the inconstant information does not allow the reader to understand that the movement derives from an action originating from the individual himself, with the objective of inserting him in an authentic, proper and intentional movement that serves as a dialogue in relationship between this individual and the world through movement.CONCLUSION: Most of the analyzed abstract studies discuss the theory of self-movement as a possibility of overcoming paradigms, which have determined the adultification and mechanization of children for their future insertion in the productive world.

Este trabalho apresenta um estado do conhecimento realizado por meio de um levantamento de dissertações e teses sobre o que vem sendo relacionado com essa teoria no período de 2009 a 2019. OBJETIVO: Este estudo apresentou como objetivo apontar as considerações atribuídas ao se-movimentar enquanto conhecimento do movimento humano no contexto da educação física. MÉTODOS: Foi realizada uma busca na base de dados eletrônica da Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações (BDTD), usando o descritor “se-movimentar”.
