Resumo: | Abstract: Latin American countries have presented an unfavorable situation regarding the link between the university and the company. Faced with this panorama was carried out a research project whose results provide an answer to the question: how to form business entrepreneurs from the university, whose business is sustainable over time?. The overall objective is to identify indicators that help to link the university with the creation of MSMES[1], through a business incubator project. From the theoretical point of view, the hypothetical deductive method and logical thinking processes of analysis and synthesis was applied. As empirical methods different statistical hypothesis testing were applied. The main conclusion is that the university can strengthen their bond with the creation of MSMES, through the implementation of a business incubator in which priority is given to a set of indicators. Ante esta panorámica se llevó a cabo un proyecto de investigación cuyos resultados ofrecen una respuesta a la interrogante: ¿cómo formar emprendedores empresariales desde la universidad, cuyos negocios sean sostenibles en el tiempo?. El objetivo general es identificar los indicadores que contribuyen a vincular la universidad con la creación de las MIPYMES[1], mediante un proyecto de incubadora de negocios. Desde el punto de vista teórico, se aplicó el método hipotético deductivo y los procedimientos del pensamiento lógico de análisis y síntesis. Como métodos empíricos se utilizaron diferentes pruebas de hipótesis estadísticas. La principal conclusión es que la universidad puede fortalecer su vínculo con la creación de las MIPYMES, a través de la puesta en marcha de una incubadora de negocios, en la que se dé prioridad a un conjunto de indicadores.
