Resumo: The present article intends to discuss the scenarios of Law 11,645/2008 in which it treats of the indigenous peoples' theme. To this end, it was investigated how the legislation is applied in the daily life of a school of the municipality of Santo Antônio de Leverger, state of Mato Grosso, Brazil, and, starting from the data, sought to present some interpretations and propositions. The study was conducted during the months of April and May 2018 through a Rapid and Participative Diagnosis (WHITESIDE, 1994). And the instruments for collecting information were a questionnaire and the drawings made by the students. The Result of the research evidenced that we need more effective actions within the educational units for a more emancipatory and critical learning about the indigenous peoples in Brazil, in the state of Mato Grosso and especially in the municipality of Santo Antônio de Leverger.

Para tanto, investigou-se como a referida legislação é aplicada no quotidiano escolar de uma escola do município de Santo Antônio de Leverger, estado de Mato Grosso e, a partir dos dados, procurou-se apresentar algumas interpretações e proposições. O estudo foi realizado durante os meses de abril a maio de 2018 por meio de um Diagnóstico Rápido e Participativo (WHITESIDE, 1994). Foram utilizados como instrumentos de levantamento de informações, um questionário fechado e a confecção de desenhos por parte das e dos estudantes. O resultado da pesquisa evidenciou que precisamos de ações mais efetivas dentro das unidades de ensino para uma aprendizagem mais emancipatória e crítica sobre os povos indígenas no Brasil, do estado de Mato Grosso e principalmente do município de Santo Antônio de Leverger.El presente artículo pretende discutir los escenarios de la Ley nº 11.645 / 2008 en lo que se refiere a la temática indígena. Para ello, se investigó cómo la referida legislación se aplica en la vida cotidiana escolar de una escuela del municipio de Santo Antônio de Leverger, estado de Mato Grosso y a partir de los datos, se procuró imprimir algunas interpretaciones y proposiciones. El estudio se realizó durante los meses de abril a mayo 2018 a través de un Rápido Diagnóstico y Participativo (WHITESIDE, 1994). Se utilizaron como instrumentos de levantamiento de informaciones, un cuestionario cerrado y la confección de dibujos por parte de las y los estudiantes.
