Resumo: Objective: To analyze the first five indicators of the new financing program for Primary Health Care Previne Brasil in the 3rd Region of the Municipality of Petrópolis. Method: This is a study of quantitative analysis of reports generated by the program, from public consultation in the Health Information System in Primary Health Care, and documents provided by the Municipal Health Department, from August to October 2022. Results: The first indicator showed that the Municipality is below the expected performance of the target. The second indicator was the one that achieved the best result in the 3rd region. In the third indicator, the target was not achieved. The fourth indicator had the lowest rates in both quarters. The fifth indicator is lower and without large variations between rates at all levels. Conclusion: The 3rd region of the municipality had some units that reached the goals and had a good performance in the indicators.

Método: Se trata de un estudio de análisis cuantitativo de los informes generados por el programa, a partir de la consulta pública en el Sistema de Información en Salud en la Atención Primaria de Salud, y documentos proporcionados por la Secretaría Municipal de Salud, de agosto a octubre de 2022. Resultados: El primer indicador arrojó que el Municipio se encuentra por debajo del desempeño esperado de la meta. El segundo indicador fue el que mejor resultado logró en la 3ra región. En el tercer indicador, no se logró la meta. El cuarto indicador presentó las tasas más bajas en ambos trimestres. El quinto indicador es más bajo y sin grandes variaciones entre tasas en todos los niveles. Conclusión: La 3ra región del municipio tuvo algunas unidades que alcanzaron las metas y tuvieron un buen desempeño en los indicadores.Objetivo: analisar os cinco primeiros indicadores do novo programa de financiamento da Atenção Primária à Saúde Previne Brasil na 3° Região do Município de Petrópolis. Método: trata-se de um estudo de análise descritiva e quantitativa dos relatórios gerados pelo programa, de consulta pública no Sistema de Informação em Saúde em Atenção Primária à Saúde, e documentos fornecidos pela Secretaria Municipal de Saúde, de agosto a outubro de 2022. Resultados: todos os cinco indicadores avaliados se encontraram abaixo do desempenho esperado da meta na maioria das unidades de saúde da região estudada, sendo o quarto indicador o pior. Destaca-se que o segundo indicador conseguiu o melhor resultado na 3º região estudada dentro da meta.
