Criteria for the development of leisure and life quality programs in organizations: a proposal associated to organizational strategy

Resumo: This study presents a criteria proposal for the development of leisure and life quality programs in organizations. The organizations that obtained 5 stars in the ranking Equilibrium between Work and Personal Life in the Guia Melhores Empresas para Você Trabalhar da Revista Exame / Você S.A in 2003 and 2004 were selected. An analysis of the Guide data is presented. A field research was conducted with questionnaires. Some aspects of the LQVT strategies related to organization strategy were determined. Results revealed that only two of the organizations showed this relation in a formal way. We did not detect the existence of evaluation mechanisms to check the results of the strategies. A proposal of criteria for the development of these programs aligned to the organizational strategy is presented.

Foram selecionadas as organizações que obtiveram 5 estrelas no Ranking Equilíbrio entre Trabalho e Vida Pessoal do Guia Melhores Empresas para Você Trabalhar da Revista Exame / Você S.A nos anos de 2003 e 2004. É apresentada uma análise dos dados das organizações obtidos na pesquisa do Guia. Numa pesquisa de campo, com uso de questionários, foram levantados alguns aspectos relativos à vinculação das estratégias para LQVT com relação à estratégia organizacional. Os resultados mostraram que apenas duas organizações participantes apresentaram esta relação formalizada. Não foi detectada a existência de mecanismos para avaliação dos resultados efetivos destas ações.
