Resumo: | The Knowledge Management (KM) has gained space as a topic of relevant research in the various sciences. Thus, KM focused on scientific production has been responsible for disseminating knowledge and support for the scientific development of a country. The objective of this research is to present the profile of the Graduate Programs (master's and doctorate) in the area of Knowledge Management existing in Brazil, as well as present the panorama of its scientific production. As a research method, the quantitative approach it used through bibliographical, bibliometric and documentary research, based on the data collected in the following Brazilian databases, ‘Plataforma Sucupira’ and Qualis Periodic CAPES of the Ministry of Education. As a result, 23 Graduate Programs is identified it in 21 different higher education institutions, which present 38 research lines related to the KM topic. Also observed it that eight of the 49 evaluation areas of CAPES have programs focused on KM, with emphasis on the 'Interdisciplinary' and 'Communication and Information' areas. An average of 41.8 publications of articles in periodicals per program and per year were analyzed, with an average of 0.35 of articles published by professor in periodicals with ‘Qualis A’ (highest). |

Assim, a GC voltada à produção científica tem sido responsável pela disseminação de conhecimentos e apoio ao desenvolvimento científico de um país. O objetivo desta pesquisa é apresentar o perfil dos Programas de Pós-graduação Stricto Sensu (mestrado e doutorado) na área de Gestão do Conhecimento existentes no Brasil, bem como apresentar o panorama de sua produção científica. Como método de pesquisa foi utilizada a abordagem quantitativa por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, bibliométrica e documental, executada a partir dos dados coletados nas seguintes bases de dados brasileiras: Plataforma Sucupira e Qualis Periódicos CAPES do Ministério da Educação. Como resultados auferidos, foram identificados 23 Programas de Pós-graduação em 21 diferentes instituições de ensino superior, que apresentam 38 linhas de pesquisa relacionadas à temática GC. Observou-se ainda que oito das 49 áreas de avaliação da CAPES têm Programas voltados à GC, com destaque para as áreas ‘Interdisciplinar’ e ‘Comunicação e Informação’.
