Resumo: The present study case aims to structure a model to evaluate the performance of services provided by a Judicial Forum in the Southwest of Paraná. The intervention tool used for the construction of the performance evaluation model was the Multicriteria Decision Aid - Constructivist (MCDA-C) methodology. The main results were: identification of two major areas of concern for management; construction of cognitive maps for a better understanding of the decision-making context; construction of the hierarchical structure of value and the descriptors. It is concluded, that the built model allowed the decision maker to understand the objectives of the services provided by the forum.

It is concluded, that the built model allowed the decision maker to understand the objectives of the services provided by the forum.El presente estudio de caso tiene como objetivo estructurar un modelo para evaluar el desempeño de los servicios prestados por un Foro Judicial del Sudoeste de Paraná. El instrumento de intervención utilizado para la construcción del modelo de evaluación de desempeño fue la metodología Multicriteria Decision Aid - Constructivist (MCDA-C). Los principales resultados encontrados fueron: identificación de das grandes áreas de preocupación para la gestión; construcción de mapas cognitivos para una mejor comprensión del contexto de toma de decisiones; la construcción de la estructura jerárquica de valor y los descriptores. Se concluye que el modelo construido permitió al decisor entender los objetivos de los servicios prestados por el foro. O presente estudo de caso tem como objetivo estruturar um modelo para avaliar o desempenho dos serviços prestados por um Fórum Judiciário do Sudoeste do Paraná. O instrumento de intervenção utilizado para a construção do modelo de avaliação de desempenho foi a metodologia Multicriteria Decision Aid - Constructivist (MCDA-C). Os principais resultados encontrados foram: identificação de duas grandes áreas de preocupação para a gestão; construção de mapas cognitivos para melhor compreensão do contexto decisório; construção da estrutura hierárquica de valor e os descritores.
