Resumo: | The present essay approaches Clarice Lispector’s ideas in her last texts, during the 1970s, a phase in her literary trajectory that has become known, according to her own suggestion, as “the time of garbage.” Here it is postulated that by situation herself from a distance from the writers of the Latin American boom, she experienced the crisis of Western culture in a way that lead her in the direction of the “imagination of disaster” and of “pop imagination”, at the cost of the “humanist imagination” and the “dialectical imagination.” |

Le texte postule que, tout en se situant éloignée des narrateurs latino-américains du boom, son expérience de la crise de la culture occidentale la conduit vers "l'imagination du désastre" et à la direction de "l'imagination pop", au détriment de "imagination humaniste" et de "l'imagination dialectique".El artículo se ocupa de las ideas de Clarice Lispector en sus últimos libros de la década del 70, época de su carrera literaria conocida, según sugestión de la propia escritora, como “la hora de la basura”.
