Resumo: | The aim of this article is to investigate the definition of infraction act; term emerged in the Child and Adolescent’s Statute in Brazil. The objective is to analyze discursive marks of authorship in the discourse of Law, understood as legal articles archive in order to verify the presence of drift and drill. The theoretical background is the French discourse analysis, as well as Lacanian psychoanalysis. The movement of interpretation permits to the subject gestures of authorship, which consist in a constant return to the already-said. Although, according to the literature, in the discourse of Law supposedly there are no returns and rephrasing, and paraphrasing is not allowed. Nevertheless places are detected where it is possible observe contradictions and incompleteness, as well as drift and drills. |

El objetivo es analizar marcas de autoría localizadas en el discurso del Derecho, entendido como un archivo de artículos jurídicos, con el intuito de investigar la presencia de deriva y de dispersión. Para sustentación teórica del análisis, movilizamos el análisis del discurso de tradición francesa (AD), así como el psicoanálisis de Lacan. El movimiento de interpretación permite al sujeto gestos de autoría que consisten en movimientos de retorno al que ya fuera dicho. Sin embargo, de acuerdo con la literatura existente, el discurso del Derecho no permite retomar lo que ya fue dicho, y las paráfrasis no son permitidas; no obstante la escrita de la ley se materializa en un discurso sujeto de la contradicción y de no estar completo, propias del funcionamiento de la lengua.O presente artigo investiga a definição de ato infracional, termo surgido no Brasil com a criação do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente. O objetivo é analisar as marcas de autoria localizadas no discurso do Direito, entendido como um arquivo de artigos jurídicos, com o intuito de investigar a presença da deriva e da dispersão. Para sustentação teórica da análise, mobilizamos a análise do discurso de tradição francesa (AD), bem como a psicanálise lacaniana. O movimento de interpretação permite ao sujeito gestos de autoria, consistindo em movimentos de retorno ao já-dito.
