BETWEEN ILKA SOARES AND CLARICE LISPECTOR: THE DISCURSIVE ETHOS IN THE FEMALE COLUMN “SÓ PARA MULHERES”

Resumo: The present work is a study on the discursive ethos of the “Nossa Conversa” section of the women’s column “Só para Mulheres”. Our objective is to investigate, describe and analyze the construction of this discursive ethos considering a particularity of this column: the ghostwriting procedure, since the column in question was written by Clarice Lispector and signed by Ilka Soares, actress and model from the 1950s and 1960s. To this end, we used the theoretical-methodological framework of the Semiolinguistic Theory in order to raise the strategic procedures for the construction of this ethos. Our results point to four procedures for staging that the enunciating subject created by the writer Clarice Lispector (our communicant subject) seeks to reaffirm the pre-constructed ethos of the actress Ilka Soares.

Nuestro objetivo es investigar, describir y analizar la construcción de este ethos discursivo considerando una particularidad de esta columna: el procedimiento de escritura fantasma, ya que la columna en cuestión fue escrita por Clarice Lispector y firmada por Ilka Soares, actriz y modelo de las décadas de 1950 y 1960. Para ello, utilizamos el marco teórico-metodológico de la Teoría Semiolingüística con el fin de identificar los procedimientos estratégicos para la construcción de este ethos. Nuestros resultados apuntan a cuatro procedimientos de puesta en escena que el sujeto enunciador creado por la escritora Clarice Lispector (nuestro sujeto comunicante) busca reafirmar el ethos preconstruido de la actriz Ilka Soares.O presente trabalho é um estudo sobre o ethos discursivo da seção “Nossa Conversa” da coluna feminina “Só para mulheres”. Nosso objetivo é investigar, descrever e analisar a construção desse ethos discursivo considerando uma particularidade dessa coluna: o procedimento de ghostwriting, já que a coluna em questão era escrita por Clarice Lispector e assinada por Ilka Soares, atriz e modelo dos anos 1950 e 1960. Para tal, utilizamos o arcabouço teórico-metodológico da Teoria Semiolinguística de modo a levantar os procedimentos estratégicos de construção desse ethos.
