LESSON STUDY: A FORMATION IN THE CONTEXT OF PEDAGOGICAL KNOWLEDGE AND KNOWLEDGE

Resumo: The objective of this essay was to analyze the Lesson Study (LS) methodology and how it contributes to the professional development of teachers, with pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) and knowledge, in teaching and learning situations. The article addresses the question: How do PCK and EA help in the professional development process? A literature review was carried out, in the modality defined as integrative review, because the proposal is to respond, in a planned way, to a specific question. The analysis shows the possibility of transferring the EA to training and suggests, as a reflection, the opportunity for teachers to reflect on their knowledge, and face different pedagogical dilemmas and teaching and learning problem situations. It is suggested that such training encourages the construction of the PCK and helps teachers in the use of active teaching methodologies focused on student learning.

El objetivo de este ensayo fue analizar la metodología de Estudio de Clase (EA) y cómo contribuye al desarrollo profesional de los docentes, con conocimiento pedagógico del contenido (PCK) y saberes, en situaciones de enseñanza y aprendizaje. El artículo aborda la pregunta ¿Cómo ayudan PCK y EA en el proceso de desarrollo profesional? Se realizó una revisión de literatura, en la modalidad definida como revisión integradora, porque la propuesta es responder, de forma planificada, a una pregunta específica. El análisis muestra la posibilidad de trasladar la EA a la formación y sugiere, como reflexión, la oportunidad para que los docentes reflexionen sobre sus saberes, y enfrenten diferentes dilemas pedagógicos y situaciones problemáticas de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Se sugiere que dicha formación fomente la construcción del PCK y ayude a los docentes en el uso de metodologías de enseñanza activa enfocadas en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes. O objetivo deste ensaio foi analisar a metodologia Estudo de Aula (EA) e como ela contribui no desenvolvimento profissional do professor, com o conhecimento pedagógico do conteúdo (do inglês “Pedagogical Content Knowledge”, PCK) e nos saberes, em situações de ensino e aprendizagem. O artigo aborda a questão: Como o PCK e o EA auxiliam no processo de desenvolvimento profissional? Realizou-se uma revisão da literatura, na modalidade definida como revisão integrativa, porque a proposta é responder, de modo planejado, a uma pergunta específica. A análise mostra a possibilidade de transportar o EA para uma capacitação e sugere-se como reflexão, a oportunidade de os professores refletirem sobre seus conhecimentos, e se defrontem com diferentes dilemas pedagógicos e situações-problema de ensino e aprendizagem.
