THE SOCIAL MEANING OF THE WORK OF THE LITERACY TEACHERS OF THE PUBLIC EDUCATION NETWORK OF THE FEDERAL DISTRICT

Resumo: This article discusses the social meaning of the work of literacy teachers, based on the methodology of meaning nuclei in Aguiar; Ozela (2006). To this end, interviews were conducted with literacy teachers working in the Initial Literacy Block (BIA) classes in the public school system in the Federal District, guided by the analytical axes of teaching work, the specificities of literacy work in the early years of elementary school and the theoretical-methodological perspectives of literacy and literacy. The results showed that, in the speeches of the teachers participating in the research, the teaching work carried out in literacy classes presents elements that, when acting in the mediations of this teaching action, generated in the teachers a certificate of how their work is recognized, or not recognized, valued or devalued, supported and charged in the social totality in which it constitutes a social practice.

Para ello, se realizaron entrevistas con alfabetizadores que actúan en las clases del Bloco Inicial de Alfabeização (BIA) del sistema escolar público del Distrito Federal, guiados por los ejes analíticos del trabajo docente, las especificidades del trabajo alfabetizador en los primeros años de la enseñanza fundamental y las perspectivas teórico-metodológicas de la alfabetización y la lectoescritura. Los resultados mostraron que, en los discursos de los docentes participantes de la investigación, el trabajo docente realizado en las clases de alfabetización presenta elementos que, al actuar en las mediaciones de esa acción docente, generaron en los docentes un certificado de cómo su trabajo es reconocido, o no reconocido, valorado o desvalorizado, apoyado y cobrado en la totalidad social en que constituye una práctica social.O presente artigo tematiza o sentido social do trabalho dos professores alfabetizadores, a partir da metodologia dos núcleos de significação em Aguiar; Ozella (2006). Para tanto, realizou entrevistas com professoras alfabetizadoras atuantes em classes do Bloco Inicial de Alfabetização (BIA) na rede pública de ensino do Distrito Federal, norteadas pelos eixos analíticos do trabalho docente, das especificidades do trabalho de alfabetizar nos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental e das perspectivas teórico-metodológicas da alfabetização e letramento.
