Resumo: Law and Literature are directly related, since both of them focus on reality: literature allows a reflection on the social phenomenon in the point of view of its likelihood, while Law regulates actions in society. Therefore, the present work aims to run an analysis on the importance of the relation between Law and Literature, considering that this method of interaction allows a reflection on issues of juridical interest under different perspectives, making way to the transdisciplinarity in the approaches of the social and juridical practices.

Ante esto, el objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la importancia de la relación entre el derecho y la literatura, teniendo en cuenta que este modo de interacción permite la reflexión sobre temas de interés legal desde diferentes perspectivas, lo que provocó los enfoques transdisciplinarios a las formas de prácticas sociales y legales.Direito e Literatura se interrelacionam no instante em que ambos têm  como foco a realidade: a literatura permite refletir acerca de fenômeno social a partir da verossimilhança, enquanto o Direito postula disciplinar as ações em sociedade.
