Resumo: The concept of non-neutrality of science and technology has allowed the proposal of social technologies that aim, through the participation of the community involved, transforming social reality in favor of human development. The work and health risks to the worker, studied by Employee Health helps us to overcome this to study the relationship between health and work. In the current moment of Productive Restructuring is possible to think that the care of the Health Worker is a form of corporate social responsibility, thus avoiding the call Technostress and comparison of experiences in working with the Stockholm Syndrome.

O trabalho e os agravos à saúde do trabalhador estudados pelo campo Saúde do Trabalhador nos auxiliam a transpor essa forma de pensar a construção do conhecimento no que diz respeito à intrincada relação entre saúde e trabalho.
