Claudete Moreno GhiraldeloDissertação (Mestrado) - Universidade de Taubaté, Programa de Pós-graduação em Linguística Aplicada, Taubaté, 2017Resumo: Existe uma discussão sobre as tecnologias no ensino-aprendizagem na escola: Afinal elas devem ou não ser incluídas no projeto político-pedagógico, ou seja, as Novas Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (NTIC) devem ser permitidas ou proibidas? Ao nosso ver, não se trata de permitir ou proibir, pois discussões como essa parecem que sempre existirão. Cabe-nos compreender as regras do jogo posto neste cenário por meio de suas formações discursivas (FD), uma delas, específica e predominantemente, denominada nesta dissertação FD Digital. Talvez esta possa ser uma das saídas para se posicionar neste contexto escolar. Assim, quando se pensa em usar o aplicativo WhatsApp (AWA) em algum momento dos processos de ensino-aprendizagem de redação escolar, nesta dissertação, não significou encontrar uma técnica geral e aplicável em todos os casos, significou refletir sobre o uso de tal artefato. Esta pesquisa originou-se, a partir da observação cotidiana do ofício de ensino-aprendizagem de escrita e da necessidade de (re)agir frente à nova realidade que se instalou no âmbito escolar e social pelas transformações geradas pelas NTIC. A presente dissertação analisou diálogos pelo AWA entre professor e estudantes do Ensino Médio (EM) de uma escola privada em uma cidade do interior de São Paulo. Alguns resultados encontrados por meio das experiências diárias foram: o modo de influência do AWA na relação professor-aluno, o manejo discursivo para gerar efeitos de sentido diversos, o silêncio ou a não participação dos alunos em grupo, a abertura de espaços individuais e/ou pequenos grupos extraclasse. Foi curioso notar que alguns alunos não responderam ao professor pelo AWA, apesar de se demonstrarem abertos a isso tanto presencial quanto virtualmente. Isso significa dizer que, mesmo no contexto histórico (Digital ou Informacional) em que se considere "natural" o adolescente dialogar pelo AWA, a aparência desse real homogêneo evidenciou-se desmembrada em múltiplos momentos no transcorrer desta pesquisa, o que demonstre a heterogeneidade no uso do AWA entre professor e alunos.Abstract: There is a discussion about technology in the teaching-learning processes at school: After all, they should or should not be included in the pedagogic-political project, in other words, the new information and communication technologies (NTIC) should be allowed or prohibited? In our view, it is not a question of allowing or prohibiting, for discussions as these seem they constantly will arise. It is up to us (teachers) to understand the rules of the game set up in this scenario by means of its Discursive Formations (FD), one of them, specifically and predominantly, denominated in this dissertation FD Digital. Perhaps this can be one of the ways out to position ourselves in the school context. Thus, when thinking about using the WhatsApp application (AWA) at some point in the teaching-learning processes of school writing, in this dissertation, did not mean finding a general technique and applicable in all cases, it meant reflecting on the use of such an artifact. This research, then, originated from the daily observation of the teaching-learning profession of writing and the need to (re)act before the face of the reality that has been installed in the school and social environment by the transformations generated by NICT. The present dissertation analyzed dialogues by the AWA between teacher and students of the High School (EM) of a private one in a city of the interior state of São Paulo. Some of the results found in the daily experiments were: the influence of the AWA on the teacher-student relationship, the discursive management to generate different meaning effects, the students' silence or non-participation, the opening of individual spaces and/or small extraclasses groups. It was curious to note that some students did not respond to the teacher through the AWA, despite being open to it presently and virtually. This means that, even in the historical context (Digital or Informational) in which the adolescent seems natural to dialogue trough AWA, the appearance of a homogeneous real has been dismembered in multiple moments in the course of this research, which demonstrates the heterogeneity in the use of AWA between teacher and students.Made available in DSpace on 2022-03-23T17:02:57Z (GMT).
