Nesta perspectiva, o objetivo do estudo é analisar os fatores que contribuem para a construção de práticas educativas inclusivas de professores das salas de aula comuns, dos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental, junto a alunos Público Alvo da Educação Especial (PAEE), em duas escolas de um município da Vale do Paraíba. A pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa e natureza exploratória e explicativa foi realizada em duas escolas municipais, com a participação de quatro professoras da sala de aula comum, que tinham alunos PAEE frequentando suas turmas no ano letivo de 2017. Apresenta como aporte teórico, os pressupostos de Vigotski (1997, 2007, 2011). A coleta de dados se deu por meio da técnica da observação, com o objetivo de perceber e coletar subsídios consistentes referentes à prática educativa das professoras envolvidas na investigação; da pesquisa documental, por meio da coleta e análise de informações expressas em documentos relacionados à escola e ao aluno PAEE e do grupo focal, na intenção de permitir o discurso das professoras em relação ao contexto da Inclusão Escolar e os alunos PAEE. Os dados coletados foram analisados nas perspectivas do referencial teórico da Análise de Conteúdo, resultando em categorias de assuntos analisadas à luz de teorias e dos objetivos propostos pela pesquisa. Os resultados revelaram que a concepção das professoras sobre a inclusão escolar e as possibilidades de aprendizagem dos alunos PAEE; os saberes constituídos no desenvolvimento profissional docente e na experiência junto ao aluno PAEE, a presença de afeto na relação professor/conhecimento/aluno e a constituição de parcerias colaborativas junto à ação docente, podem ser considerados como fatores que interferem positivamente e contribuem para uma prática educativa inclusiva, junto aos alunos PAEE, na sala de aula comum dos anos iniciais. Espera-se com o estudo fomentar reflexões, divulgar e ampliar entre os professores e profissionais da área as possibilidades de práticas educativas inclusivas.Abstract: It is understood that an Inclusive School capable of promoting the learning and the full development of the student is a direct of all. In this perspective, the objective of the study is to analyze the factors that contribute to the construction of inclusive educational practices of teachers of the common classrooms, from the initial years of elementary education, together with the Special Education Target Audience (PAEE) students in two schools of a municipality of Vale do Paraíba. The research of qualitative and exploratory and explanatory nature was carried out in two municipal schools, with the participation of four teachers from the common classroom, who had PAEE students, attending their classes in the academic year of 2017. It presents as theoretical contribution, the assumptions of Vigotski (1997, 2007, 2011). The data collection was done through the technique of observation, with the objective of perceiving and collecting consistent subsidies referring to the educational practice of teachers involved in research; of the documentary research, through the collection and analysis of information expressed in documents related to the PAEE student and the focus group, in order to allow the teachers' discourse in relation to the context of School Inclusion and the PAEE students. The collected data were analyzed in the perspectives of the theoretical reference of Content Analysis, resulting in categories of subjects analyzed in light of theories and objectives proposed by the research. The results revealed that the conception of the teachers about the school inclusion and the learning possibilities of the students. the knowledge acquired in the professional development of the teacher and the experience with the PAEE student, the presence of affection in the teacher / knowledge / student relationship and the formation of collaborative partnerships with the teaching activity can be considered as factors that interfere positively and contribute to the practice inclusive education, together with the PAEE students, in the common classroom of the initial years.
