Resumo: This article presents the work developed in Circles of Study Sport, Leisure and Arts with rural youth, to form cultural militants, elevating their theoretical thinking, in Agrarian Reform areas, of Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra (MST), in Recôncavo Baiano region, in Santo Amaro/Bahia. It’s organized in: a) presentation of the general problem about production mode of life in countryside and youth, especially in agrarian reform areas;(b) experience report with the Circles and results of study of texts from “Programa da Revolução”, from the categories Mode of Production, Productive Forces and Revolution. We conclude emphasizing the importance of formation youth of countryside, like cultural militants, organically inserted in the conflict by agrarian reform and aware of their revolutionary role, which requires a consistent theoretical formation, elevating of class consciousness, political formation and self-determined insertion in organizations of working class struggle.

Organiza-se em: a) apresentação da problemática geral do modo de produção da vida no campo e da juventude, em especial nas áreas de reforma agrária; b) relato da experiência com os Círculos e os resultados do estudo do “Programa da Revolução”, a partir das categorias Modo de Produção, Forças Produtivas e Revolução.
