Anticipated future in Education: OECD and Global Knowledge control

Resumo: This article analyzes how the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development-OECD gained control of the knowledge in the educational field through the speech of the anticipated future. It is a bibliographic and documentary research. In the last decades the OECD has been outstanding for having invented powerful instruments of evaluation in the educational field, for example, Programme for International Student Assessment (Pisa). We believe this exam works in addition to a large-scale evaluation program. It is an OECD showcase that is able to, politically and economically, control global knowledge in the educational space through the discourse of the anticipated future. We conclude that this discourse represents a movement toward the creation of new chains of value production whose predictors are represented by the new “prophets” of neoliberal education.

Es una investigación bibliográfica y documental. En las últimas décadas la OCDE se destaca por haber inventado instrumentos poderosos de evaluación en el campo educativo, a ejemplo del Programa Internacional de Evaluación de Estudiantes (Pisa). Este examen funciona además de un programa de evaluación a gran escala. Se trata de una vitrina de la OCDE que controla, política y económicamente, el conocimiento global en el espacio educativo a través del discurso del futuro anticipado. Concluimos que ese discurso representa un movimiento hacia la creación de nuevas cadenas de producción de valor, cuyos vaticinadores son representados por los nuevos "profetas" de la educación neoliberal.Este artigo analisa como a Organização para a Cooperação e Desenvolvimento Econômico (OCDE) conquistou o controle do conhecimento no campo educativo por meio do discurso do futuro antecipado. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Nas últimas décadas a OCDE destaca-se por ter inventado instrumentos poderosos de avaliação no campo educacional, a exemplo do Programa Internacional de Avaliação de Estudantes (Pisa). Esse exame funciona para além de um programa de avaliação em larga escala.
