Resumo: This article is the result of a study underway in the realm of the Observatory of Curricular Policies of Santa Catarina (OPCSC), linked to the Federal University of Santa Catarina. The purpose is to analyze aspects related to the process and the scope of the collective exercise of research-education based on the trajectory of the Observatory. Using a qualitative approach, it was guided by participant observation at encounters of the researchers and on the analysis of documents and texts produced in the realm of the collective study. As a group, the evidences in terms of results, demonstrate the successful exercise of the research-education and the power of collective investigation involving the objects of interest of the observatory the field of curriculum studies.

Su objetivo es analizar aspectos relacionados con el proceso y el alcance del ejercicio colectivo de investigación- formación a partir de la trayectoria del observatorio. Basado en el enfoque cualitativo, el trabajo fue guiado por la observación participante en las reuniones de investigadores y en el análisis de documentos/textos producidos en el contexto de la investigación colectiva. En conjunto, la evidencia en términos de resultados demuestra el ejercicio exitoso de la capacitación en investigación y el poder de la investigación colectiva que involucra los objetos de interés del observatorio en el campo de los estudios curriculares.O artigo resulta de pesquisa em desenvolvimento no âmbito do Observatório de Políticas Curriculares de Santa Catarina (OPCSC), vinculado à Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. E tem por objetivo analisar aspectos relativos ao processo e ao alcance do exercício coletivo de pesquisa-formação a partir da trajetória do Observatório. Com base na abordagem qualitativa, orientou-se pela observação participante nos encontros dos pesquisadores e na análise dos documentos/textos produzidos no âmbito da pesquisa coletiva.
