This investigation is linked to the line of research Practice and training processes in Education, to the Program of Post Graduation in Education at College of Science and Technology to the Universidade Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho. The main objective is analysed the acess of reading by Mecdaisy, using translated books in this technologic solution that make up the collection distributed by Programa Nacional Biblioteca da Escola, comparing to others formats like e-book and audiobook to blind students and with low view. The research methodology was divided in four stages: Diagnostic, Verification, Implementation and analyses of resources, Intervention of the graduated. For achieve the proposed objectives, were adoted qualitatives and quantitatives approaches, with focus at the research-intervention. At the firt stage denominated Diagnostic were used modals of interview semi structured and reflexive. During the second stage of Verification and Knowledge, the systematic observation technique was used in the course of analyses involving three technologies solutions of reading, realized with three subjects with visual disability to survey data for the short course, was applicated a questionaire with openned, closed and double questions.
