Integrated into the Project Elaboration of Ourinhos Municipal School Atlas and Teacher Tutors Education: Proposals for the locality study this research worked with the paradigm of Cartographic Visualization explaining about the possibilities of inclusion of new forms of interactivity in the maps, as well as its application, during the teaching and learning of Geography, also associated to the fact that students that are in school today are users of computers an internet, which could bring them even closer to the proposed content. Therefore, during the research the possibilities of interactivity in Google Earth were worked on, its use in the classroom and the information it can provide to the preparation of a digital version of Ourinhos Municipal School Atlas. Through activities carried out in the program and subsequent evaluations was possible to analyze the difficulties and facilities of students, taking into conclusion then that the interactive activities arouse their interest for the contents and it is put to good use, constituting an effective manner and a potential for teaching, mainly cartography
