The head and neck cancer affect not only the health of the person diagnosed, but also their social life and motivation to live. But the fact that individual to be part of a new context, which is the interdisciplinary group, modify your expectations, social behavior and re-establishes a bond with a new life. These effects are stimulated through lectures, group activities, physical therapy and speech exercises and especially through music. This outreach activity, the participation of students together with professionals in psychology, nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy and dentistry, has influenced the learning of students, encouraging them to develop sensitivity to cancer patients with physical and emotional disorders.
