Physical beauty has always been critical factor to the determination of interactions between individuals of the human species influencing acceptance and social position. Commonly, the clinical presentation is faced with situations where teeth to change shape, size, color, position, adversely alter the aesthetics, and provide some indication of restorative procedures. The reproduction of characteristics of natural teeth, more specifically color and form, has always been one of the intentions of the techniques and restorative materials. As of use of micro mechanical retention in dental structures prepared with acid treatment and the rise of composite resins, an increasing trend was witnessed in the clinical possibilities of these materials. These avance are presented not only in the field of mechanical characteristics as well as the optical. Thus this paper aims to review the literature on the making of DirectVeneers in solving aesthetic problems being exemplified by clinical case
