With the increase becoming more expressive of the aesthetic appreciation of contemporary society rehabilitation aesthetics has become a much sought treatment for patients in clinical dentistry. One of the techniques that has been used, showing lower cost of laboratory and rapid implementation is the facet with direct composite resin. Thus, the use of these composite resins became a common procedure that allows highly resulted satisfactory. This technique is an efficient treatment, with application reduced, presenting indications in aesthetic regions and capable to satisfy the requirements demanded in the principles of the dental esthetic. For this intention, a clinical case was developed involving the teeth of the 13 to the 23 in which an aesthetic rehabilitation by means of the direct technique with composite resin.
