The increasing on the environmental problematic have been becoming a great threat for the perenniality of human kind on Earth. Seeking for solving this deficiency about the human consume and production based way of life, the environmental question have been brought for all the ways of discussion. National and international, public, private and third sector organizations bring to debate the question of sustainability. The center of these discussions gets on the corporative sector, being the organization a social-political cell of society and a potential of change, search for input into them what we call entrepreneur sustainability. Many have been the alternatives which have been developed, that which is considered by many people as the main one is the Environmental Management System (EMS). Unfortunately, this tool is not accessible for all kind of companies, because of the resources it disposes, even financial as human and scientific. Seeking for helping these tiers of companies the SIGA had been developed, a software for implantation of a EMS, without coast for license, through a partnership between universities, identifying e doing a critical analysis of its potentialities
