Resumo: This study was a central element of interest present living experience of discussion of corporate strategy with the settled belonging to extension project making use of business game. The ludic element supported by bibliographic support raised the application with the settlers of Porto Maria Rosana / SP discussion about managerial elements through the company's gaming application that generated the homogenization of perceptions at the end of the process which initiates the statement the ludic element has power to narrow differences in perception and understanding between groups regarding aspects involving their daily activities.
