Resumo: The study presented here aimed to understand how the traineeship supervisor can act for this moment to be a valuable learning for future teachers, with a view to her operations to expand the knowledge of students. For this, we analyzed the pedagogical actions that occurred during the supervised training of a pedagogy course at a public university situated in the state of Paraná, Brazil. Supported in qualitative research this investigation shows that the supervisory actions, in the view of interns, favored teacher education: respect for the supervisor to people; her orientation to the importance of reflecting on aspects recognized as negative, her help in the preparation of interdisciplinary lesson plan and the need for a flexible lesson plan; her presence in moments of interventions; feedback given and appreciation of the role of the educator in the teaching / learning.

Para eso se analisaron acciones pedagógicas pasadas a lo largo de la pasantía supervisionada de un curso de Pedagogía de una universidad pública, ubicada en la Provincia de Paraná. Amparada en la pesquisa cualitativa, la investigación presenta acciones de la supervisora que, en la visión de las pasantes, favorecieron la formación docente: el respecto de la supervisora con las personas; su orientación para la importancia de que se refleje sobre aspectos reconocidos como negativos, su auxilio en la elaboración del plan de clase interdisciplinar; bien como la necesidad de flexibilización del plan de clase; su presencia en los momentos de intervenciones; el feedback que se atribuye y la valoración del papel del pedagogo en el proceso de enseñanza/aprendizaje.O estudo ora apresentado buscou entender como o supervisor de estágio curricular pode atuar para que este momento seja de aprendizagens valorosas para o futuro docente, tendo em vista a sua atuação para a ampliação do conhecimento dos alunos. Para isso, analisaram-se ações pedagógicas ocorridas durante o estágio supervisionado, de um curso de Pedagogia de uma universidade pública, situada no Estado do Paraná.
