In times of strong financial expansion of the historical geography of capitalism, as in the current period of globalization, the financial logic prevails over economic logic, to become autonomous in the face of society and the real economy and impose its profitability standards to businesses and the territory . However, the strategies and the scope of action of different financial agents are not independent of socio-training, its forms and its norms.Thus, for understanding the relationship between the current global financial phenomenon and the agricultural use of Brazil, we analyze the action strategies SLC Agrícola company.For this, we investigated how the capitalization due to the opening of the capital on the stock exchange introduces a new territorial logic of action, with the use of new technical and regulatory content: intensification, standardization and production specialization, new territorial division of the company's work, continuing need for expansion of produção.E scale as their actions depend on the material and normative conditions of the Brazilian socio-training: availability of land with favorable climate and soil quality (soil and rainfall), inability 7 to acquire land with environmental liabilities and dual ownership of problems and conditions logistics. In order to grasp and describe the strategies of SLC Agrícola, the survey includes the three main aspects approach: a) the identification of financial agents and how they manage to impose its logic of profitability to agricultural production activities; b) the main technical systems used for production intensification and expansion of production scale; c) the choice of strategies of the location of production units
