Escola e heterogeneidade: contribuições para pensar práticas pedagógicas diferenciadas

Resumo: In 2011, I had the opportunity to be inserted in two elementary schools in the city of Rio Claro - SP: a) as a researcher student, participating in the research project “Pedagogical Practice and Collective work in School: The Rescue of the Narrative and the Teacher’s Knowledge”; b) as a intern, developing the Required Stage as established in the curriculum of the Full Degree Pedagogy Course (UNESP). These two experiences have made me think about the configuration of the school and its relationship with the homogenizing practices: What are the possibilities and conditions to be taken into consideration of the multiculturalism in school? The teacher’s graduation fits the plural characteristic in the classroom? Therefore, the goal of the research is to understand the concept of the multiculturalism within the school and in the processes of teacher graduation. I intend with that, to list in which grade the school organization favors or not the practices that fit the plural characteristics of the students. For the achievement of the goal, I intend to develop a bibliographic search, from the selected articles of the ANPEd (National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Education) in the Working Groups (GT): GT04 – Didactic, GT12 – Curriculum e GT13 – Elementary School. I have dialogued with authors who have allowed me to broaden the understanding of school organization and authors who have allowed me to look at multiculturalism both within school and in teacher graduation. And yet, in the search to know practices that fit multiculturalism in school, I did the analysis of the dissertation prepared by an elementary school teacher who went to live with a group of teens, promoting the meeting of the school culture with street culture as a strategy to rescue the humanization of students. The students are singular subjects and, therefore, the interest in knowing different works that attemp to recognize the importance of diversity

The students are singular subjects and, therefore, the interest in knowing different works that attemp to recognize the importance of diversityNo ano de 2011, tive a possibilidade de estar inserida em duas escolas de ensino fundamental na cidade de Rio Claro - SP: a) como aluna-pesquisadora, ao participar do projeto de pesquisa “Prática Pedagógica e Trabalho Coletivo na Escola: O Resgate da Narrativa e dos Saberes Docentes”; b) como estagiária, desenvolvendo o Estágio Obrigatório segundo o estabelecido na grade curricular do Curso de Licenciatura Plena em Pedagogia (UNESP). Essas duas experiências me fizeram refletir acerca da configuração da escola e sua relação com as práticas homogeneizadoras: Quais as possibilidades e condições para se levar em consideração o multiculturalismo na escola? A formação dos professores atende a esta característica plural deparada em sala de aula? Nesse sentido, o objetivo da pesquisa é compreender o conceito de multiculturalismo no âmbito da escola e nos processos de formação de professores. Procuro com isso, elencar em que medida a organização da escola favorece ou não, práticas que se atentam às características plurais dos alunos. Para o logro do objetivo, pretendo desenvolver uma pesquisa bibliográfica, a partir de artigos selecionados da ANPEd (Associação Nacional de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa em Educação) nos Grupos de Trabalho (GT): GT04 – Didática, GT12 – Currículo e GT13 – Ensino Fundamental. Dialoguei com autores que me permitiram ampliar a compreensão da organização escolar e com autores que me permitiram olhar para o multiculturalismo tanto no contexto escolar como na formação de professores. E ainda, na busca por conhecer práticas que atendam o multiculturalismo na escola, fiz a análise da dissertação elaborada por uma professora de Ensino Fundamental que passou a conviver com um grupo de adolescentes, promovendo o encontro da cultura escolar com a cultura de rua como estratégia para o resgate...
