Economic analysis of the impact of disruptive technologies on the executive process

Resumo: The present article highlights the influence exerted by the Judiciary on the national economic reality, highlighting the negative economic impact resulting from the procedural slowness and the lack of stability and predictability of judicial decisions. Through bibliographic research, as well as exploratory and descriptive, this article seeks to identify the main bottlenecks of our justice system and possible possibilities for using automation and artificial intelligence resources in the executive process, in addition to some platforms that are already operating in Brazilians courts. As a result, it is perceived that the use of disruptive technologies in the judicial process has the ability to improve the Brazilian judicial institution al environment, assisting in the procedural process and in the taking of judicial decisions, corroborating a more dynamical and efficient judicial role, allowing greater speed, decision-making stability and legal certainty – drivers of national economic development.

Mediante pesquisa de natureza bibliográfica e, também, exploratória e descritiva, este artigo procura identificar os principais gargalos do nosso sistema de justiça e descrever algumas possibilidades de utilização da automação e recursos de inteligência artificial ao processo executivo, além de algumas plataformas que já estão operando em tribunais brasileiros.
